For over ten years, Michelle Kelly has been doing what she does best; making her clients look and feel beautiful. She fell into the field naturally, after giving up on countless products and skincare professionals who promised to help cure her then acne-prone skin. She decided to take matters into her own hands.

Michelle attained a broad knowledge base in health, nutrition & advanced skincare. With a B.S. in Community Health from Hofstra University, Michelle continued her education and learned the art of esthetics. She completed Gloria Francis School of Esthetics & Makeup Artistry, and received a New York State license of esthetics. Having the desire to learn as much as possible, Michelle attended post-graduate courses at Atelier Esthetique & The Dermal Institute. She also holds multiple certificates in peels and lasers.

Michelle has formerly co-owned La Piele Medical Spa as well as worked in various wellness & medical day spas, allowing her to achieve experience from all different spectrums of the industry. She has worked as a spa consultant, facilitating the development of several spas as well as assisted in training estheticians on esthetics practices.

“As a former acne sufferer, I have a sense of compassion and can relate to what others are going through”, she says. She understands what it can do to your self-confidence and helps heal you one visit at a time. Michelle has personally tested just about every product that she uses on her clients She recognizes the importance of treating the skin from the inside out.

When treating the skin, Michelle analyzes a patient’s lifestyle & nutritional habits. She believes in educating the patient on how to care for their skin, and what treatments deem appropriate to help result in creating optimal skin wellness. Radiant, youthful skin, free of blemishes and sun damage may be achieved with diligence, and a commitment to healthy skin practices.

Rosemarie Spinella

(Esthetician & Make - Up Artist)

Rosemarie Spinella has been enjoying and working in the cosmetic and skincare business for over 10 years. Her love and interest of make-up artistry began at a young age where she possessed a natural talent and creative eye for it. This grew into wanting to pursue a career in the industry. She has achieved great success as a make-up artist working with & trained by some of the most well known cosmetic brands including Lancôme, Laura Mericer, Trish McEvoy and Giorgio Armani. Over the years she has also created a successful bridal make-up business.

Coupled with that, her long held interest in skin health then led her to seek out a career and study of esthetics. “I realized how important healthy skin was as a back drop for cosmetics and wanted to connect it all and expand my knowledge and expertise.” A graduate of Gloria Francis School of Esthetics and Make-Up Artistry, Rosemarie is both a certified make-up artist and licensed esthetician. She has held various positions as an esthetician, makeup artist and spa manager in high end cosmetic boutiques and spas, as well as worked independently. She holds certifications in advanced skin care treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion and other therapeutic modalities.

The variety in her line of work brings her much happiness. “I love the science & technology behind skincare and performing facials and the relaxing feel and results it brings, but then I also love the creative edge and energy that make-up artistry gives me.” Inspired by her own desire for healthy and beautiful skin, she truly enjoys sharing this desire with others. Since her start in the field, Rosemarie has acquired a loyal clientele and following due to her caring & personable nature and seasoned expertise making everyone feel comfortable in her hands. A self proclaimed perfectionist, her professionalism and attention to detail comes through in all her services. She believes in educating her clients on the cause and effect of everyday skincare issues and feels that a simple but consistent regimen will lead to beautiful, healthy skin which creates the perfect canvas for gorgeous make-up.
